Associate Minister to Students

James Townsend - Associate Minister to Students

James has lived in Forney his entire life.  His senior year at Forney H.S., he was voted “Most Likely to Stay in Forney”.  It looks like his classmates were right!  James started working at First Baptist Forney as an intern in 2003 and has a true passion for the youth in this town. 

James’s wife, Lori, is a teacher at Forney and also helps lead worship at The House.  James brings many skills to the table with his film work, fueled by his desire to see God’s name praised in all of the films he makes.  Check out some of his work on our Student Media page.
