Easter at FBC Forney

This Easter Sunday, April 5, we invite you to bring your family and friends to join us for a morning of community and joy. In addition to our worship services, children will enjoy egg hunts and the opportunity to see real bunnies and baby chicks. Most importantly, we will gather to celebrate the gift of life and the grace only offered by Jesus Christ.

Palm Sunday

Join us on Sunday, March 29, at 9:15 or 11:00 a.m. for FBC Forney Easter Services & Lord’s Supper, including powerful worship with our Choir & Orchestra. This is an opportunity for our church family to celebrate our risen Savior prior to serving at our Easter Festival. 

Tuesday Night Prayer Service: Holy Week Prayer & Meditation

Don't miss our special Prayer Service on Tuesday, March 31, at 6:30 p.m. in the Forum, as we meditate on and pray over the last week of Jesus' life on earth. 

Easter Worship Service and Eggstravaganza Event

Join us for one of our two Sunday, April 5 Easter morning worship services at 9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Pastor Nathan Lino will share the life-changing message of Jesus Christ's life, death, and resurrection. Come and worship as a family!

Eggstravaganza Event

Get ready for the Outdoor Eggstravaganza from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. We are blanketing the grounds with a staggering 100K stuffed eggs! Egg hunts begin right after each morning worship service and are divided by age (birth–6th grade), with a dedicated area for kids with special needs.

  • 2 Easter Egg hunts with 100K treat-filled eggs: Meet at the outdoor stage following each worship service for a kid-themed Easter puppet show prior to each hunt.

Door-to-Door Easter Blitz

On Saturday, April 4, we encourage everyone to help us invite our community to our Easter celebrations by going door-to-door and handing out invitation cards. This is a great opportunity for your family and your LifeGroups to get together and serve. Because it's a blitz, you only have to hand out invites! If you are unable to physically go door-to-door, come participate in our phone bank. We meet in the Forum at 8:30 a.m. and are done around 11:30 a.m. Come early for donuts and coffee! 

Attend 1, Serve 1! 

We need lots of people to serve on Easter Sunday. Help us give back to our community and reach the lost by signing up to serve at our Easter Eggstravaganza on Sunday, April 5. There are opportunities to help at any skill level, including places for children and teens to serve.
